Built in 1981, the house is well equipped, detached and fully furnished, with complete double glazing and central heating throughout. Situated in a unique waterside location, right on the edge of the Fowey Harbour, in the old part of the village of Polruan. The house has a large level patio area including BBQ, and fronting onto the harbour.

The main photograph above is the view from the balcony - ideal for relaxing on long summer evenings. Private steps gain access to the sandy/shingle beach below at low tide. The Fowey Harbour Public steps at the rear lead down from West Street to the house, making the property not suitable to people with mobility problems. All bedrooms have harbour views looking up the Fowey estuary. The house includes an off-yard private mooring facility suitable to small boats.
