A hidden Cornish gem tucked away right by the water in Polruan by Fowey
Tommy's, a unique waterside holiday cottage in Polruan by Fowey, Cornwall with wonderful views across to Fowey and the river. The house is right on the water's edge in Fowey harbour and has its own quay, large level patio area including BBQ fronting onto the harbour. Small boats can be moored at the house using our frape or running mooring. Built in 1981 on the site of an old boathouse, the house is well equipped, detached and fully furnished, with complete double glazing and central heating throughout.
The house is available throughout the year for holiday lettings. The main photograph above is the view from the balcony - ideal for relaxing on long summer evenings. Private steps gain access to the sandy/shingle beach below at low tide. The Fowey Harbour Public steps at the rear lead down from West Street to the house, making the property not suitable to people with mobility problems.
